Business Office

Announcements

February 27, 2026: 1095-C statements are available for the 2025 tax year. Covered individuals and full-time employees may request a copy of their 1095-C by contacting the Business Office. Written requests may be sent to Ledyard Public Schools, 4 Blonders Blvd, Ledyard, CT 06339.

January 29, 2026: W-2's are now available in the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal. Login to ESS, select Pay/Tax Information and then W-2. Contact the Business Office with questions.

Business Office

The Business Office is the backbone of the Ledyard Public Schools day-to-day operations, supporting the educational program through its many departmental functions. Use the right hand menu to navigated the various services the Business Office provides.

Accounts Payable:

  • Vendors: Interested in becoming a Ledyard Public Schools vendor? Contact ap@ledyard.net with your completed W-9 to be considered.

  • Staff: Login to EqualLevel Market Place to place orders with preferred vendors or submit a Request for Purchase Order form to your school secretary.

Payroll:

  • Munis Employee Self Service (ESS): Make changes to Direct Deposits information and W-4 Tax Withholdings, time entry for hourly employees and view paycheck vouchers and W-2's. Contact payroll@leydard.net with questions.
