Cancellation Policy: Emergency cancellations on weekends, holidays or outside of regular business hours need to be done at least 3 hours prior to the reservation time. Please call the Director of Facilities at (203)627-3817 and email sbrannen@ledyard.net. Normal cancellations/changes can be emailed to sbrannen@ledyard.net.
